walking in the rain

Been putting this off for a long time now. Been meaning to write this down. I'm taking this from the calvin and hobbes comic (1.thereby hangs a tale)
Calvin says to Hobbes: 'what's it like to fall in love?'
Hobbes: Well...say the object of your affection walks by...
Calvin: Yeah?
Hobbes: First, your hear falls into your stomach and splashes your innards. All the moisture makes you sweat profusely. This condensation shots the circuits to your brain and you get all woozy. When your brain burns out altogether. your mouth disengages and you babble like a cretin until she leaves.
Calvin: THAT'S love?!?
Hobbes: Medically speaking.
Calvin: Heck, that happened to me once, but i figured it was cooties!!
I lurve the calvin and hobbes series. We've got all the comics..
Ahh...the smell of burning material hangs around me. As I type this, my dad is using 2 hair-dryers to dry my bag that got wet in the rain while i was walking in from the bus-stop. My Shoes were filled with water and my skirt stuck to me legs like limp wet paper. I put my shoes behind the fridge cuz it acts as a heater. And my dad's drying my bag.
It was fun to walk in the rain. Different, wet, but fun. I wanna do it again barefooted this time. :D
